Everest Cannabis Co.’s Regional Retail Sales Manager is responsible for overall performance of all dispensaries in their region. The Regional Retail Sales Manager will hire new Dispensary Managers, and ensure they are properly trained. The Regional Manager oversees Dispensary Manager activities and participates in hiring and promotions within the dispensary. The Regional Manager works closely with the Director of Retail Strategy to determine strategic goals for each location and provides feedback on products and pricing. The Regional Manager will work closely with all Dispensary Managers to develop monthly plans in order to help them meet their sales goals. An effective Regional Manager will spend at least 70% of their time in the dispensary, developing team members and ensuring a positive customer experience.
