We are looking for an energetic and passionate store manager who is eager to drive business within a fast-paced, high-growth, dynamic environment. To succeed in this role, you must be able to train and manage a diverse team of cannabis professionals while also creating a hospitable retail environment for guests and team members.

Our Store Managers are responsible for maximizing sales revenue through excellent customer service, inventory oversight and expense management.
In this role, you will guide the guest experience for your store. The upper management team will regularly ask for feedback from you and your team members on products, promotions and best practices. That feedback will be used to continue to build an aligned and strategic retail vision across the organization that provides the highest-quality guest experience.

JOB TITLE: GUEST ADVISOR – North Valley Location

LOCATION: Albuquerque, NM

Our dispensaries’ Guest Advisors are responsible for creating positive rapport with guests. You will maintain the sales floor and make accurate product recommendations based on guest interest. This position involves performing routine clerical, secretarial, and administrative duties. Must be passionate about Cannabis while also complying with state laws and regulations. Our retail team members must be approachable, efficient, and maintain a positive attitude.

JOB TITLE: ASSISTANT MANAGER

LOCATION: Los Lunas, NM

Assistant Managers are responsible for all the duties that are required of the Cannabis Expert role and regularly perform this role. Additionally, they are required to perform daily administrative managerial duties along with supporting the Store Manager and Sales Floor.

JOB TITLE: CANNABIS CULTIVATION TECHNICIAN

LOCATION: Albuquerque, NM

Everest Cannabis Co.’s Cultivation Technicians work on our award-winning cannabis farm in Albuquerque’s beautiful North Valley. As a Cultivation Technician, you are responsible for a 1200 sq. ft. hoop growspace, and will manage quality assurance and operational compliance. You will maintain the full scope of care and attention to detail in your growspace through the vegetative and flowering stages. Strain and genetics education and development, productivity maximization, and the evolution of our company’s sustainability goals will be key factors in your role.

In this fast-paced, team-oriented department, all team members are given individual responsibilities while contributing to the larger mission of providing clean, sustainable cannabis to New Mexicans.

JOB TITLE: CANNABIS PRE-ROLLER

LOCATION: Albuquerque, NM

Everest Cannabis Co. is hiring a cannabis pre-roller with a strong work ethic and a commitment to our quality standards. A successful cannabis pre-roller is self-motivated and team-oriented person. In this role, you will help our company achieve our goal in providing high quality cannabis to New Mexico’s medical patients.

Our new pre-roller will be expected to follow the instructions in a precise manner as directed by management staff. You must be able to maintain a set pace to deliver product volume as determined by the management team.

JOB TITLE: GROW MANAGER – CANNABIS CULTIVATION

LOCATION: Albuquerque, NM

Everest Cannabis Co.’s Grow Manager works on our award-winning cannabis farm, leading a team of cultivation technicians. As a Grow Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring quality, safety and operational compliance in and around all grow spaces. You are responsible for overseeing and assisting in all aspects of growing in assigned areas, while ensuring quality, safety, and operational compliance. In this fast-paced, team-oriented department, all team members are given individual responsibilities while contributing to the larger mission of providing clean, sustainable cannabis to New Mexicans.

JOB TITLE: MAINTENANCE/FACILITIES ASSISTANT

LOCATION: Albuquerque, NM

Everest Cannabis Co. is growing our facilities team by adding a Maintenance/Facilities assistant. This individual will work under the guidance and supervision of our Construction Manager and our Maintenance Manager, alongside our Construction Assistant. Our new assistant should be versatile and familiar with construction, including an overall knowledge of tools and safety. Individual responsibility for quality and maintaining a clean workspace is required. The person who joins our team must have a strong work ethic, be self-motivated, team-oriented and able to follow instructions.

PRODUCTION FACILITY

JOB TITLE: PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN

LOCATION: Albuquerque, NM

Everest Cannabis Co. is hiring for a Production Technician with a strong work ethic and a commitment to our safety and quality standards. A successful Production Technician is self-motivated and team-oriented person and will help our company achieve our goal in providing high quality cannabis to New Mexico’s medical patients.

The Production Technician is expected to follow precise instructions as directed by management staff and must be able to maintain a set pace to deliver product volume. The Production Technicians duties will include the preparation of raw and finished goods processing and manufacturing in accordance with Everest sales projections. The Production Technician will follow written and verbal instructions, as well as be expected to complete a variety of laboratory, kitchen, assembly, organization, and packaging duties assigned by their manager.

JOB TITLE: EXTRACTION LEAD TECHNICIAN

LOCATION: Albuquerque, NM

The Extraction Lead Tech will oversee all operations of the extraction department. This position will be responsible for ensuring on-time completion of the extraction, distillation as assigned by the Manufacturing Manager, as well as supervising the Extraction technicians on shift. In addition, the Extraction Lead Tech will meet with the Manufacturing Manager and Production Supervisor regularly to ensure the team is meeting the current market needs while staying on course with the company’s overall strategic vision.

JOB TITLE: MANUFACTURING MANAGER

LOCATION: Albuquerque, NM

Everest Cannabis Co. is hiring an operations-focused Manufacturing Manager to help us continue to expand our production operations into a recreational market. A successful Manufacturing Manager is a self-motivated and team-oriented person. Our new team member will monitor logistics, packaging/assembly, inventory, delivery schedules, and team management as outlined in the SOPs and quality assurance standards.

This position supports the development of process SOPs, work instructions and documentation revisions with the goal of increasing productivity and cost-effectiveness. The Manufacturing Manager duties are direct in nature and require substantial time be spent managing the efficiency of production lines and actively supporting the day-to-day operations.

JOB TITLE: KITCHEN  LEAD – CANNABIS EDIBLES PRODUCTION

LOCATION: Albuquerque, NM

The Kitchen Lead will oversee all operations of the kitchen department including production of edibles, food safety, as well as being responsible for staying compliant with all applicable cannabis regulations.

This position will be responsible for ensuring completion of high-volume commercial production of edibles, day-to-day kitchen operations as assigned by the Manufacturing Manager, as well as supervising the kitchen staff on shift. In addition, the Kitchen Lead will meet with the Manufacturing Manager and Production Supervisor regularly to ensure the team is meeting the current market needs while staying on course with the company’s overall strategic vision.
