Getting Started
Sign In or Create an Account
Open the App: Once you have installed the Everest NM App, tap the app icon to open it.
Sign In: If you already have an account, enter your email and password, then tap Sign In.
Create an Account:
- If you are new to the Everest NM App, tap Create Account.
- Fill in your details, including your First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Phone Number, Email, and Password, then tap Next.
- If you have a Medical ID, you can add it (optional).
- Choose your preferred store, accept the terms and conditions, and then click Create Account.
- If needed, verify your email by clicking on the verification link sent to your email address. Congratulations, you have successfully created your account and can now sign in.
Guest User: You can also log in as a guest user by clicking Skip.
Resetting Your Password
If you have forgotten your password, follow these professional and easy steps to reset it:
Enter Your Email: Open the Everest NM App and navigate to the login screen. Enter your registered email address.
Click on “Forgot”: Tap the Forgot link to initiate the password reset process.
Add New Password: Enter your new password and confirm it by entering it again in the provided fields. Make sure your new password is strong and secure.
Click on “Submit”: After entering and confirming your new password, click the Submit button.
Receive OTP: An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your email from [email protected]. Check your inbox for this email.
Submit the OTP: Enter the received OTP in the app to verify your identity.
Reset Password: Once the OTP is verified, your password will be successfully reset.
Sign In: Enter your new password on the login screen and sign in to your account.

Navigate to Account Page: Open the Everest NM App and go to your account page.
Click on “Change Password”: Select the Change Password option.

Click on “Submit”: After entering and confirming your new password, click the Submit button.

- Guest Users: If you skip sign-in, the preferred store is set to the Albuquerque location.

Reward Points

Map View and Store List
- Map View: The page displays a map with a list of nearby stores. You can scroll to view the location of each store.
- Directions: Click on the Directions button next to a store to be directed to your preferred maps application for navigation.
Viewing All Locations
- Show All: Tap Show All to view a complete list of all store locations. This allows you to select a store that best suits your needs.
Selecting and Shopping at a Store
- Choose Your Store: Select the store of your choice from the list or map view.
- Shop Options: Choose between Shop Rec (recreational) or Shop Med (medical) based on your needs.
- Update Homepage: The selected store will be updated on your homepage, and you can continue to enjoy your shopping experience.

Cart Page and Placing an Order
Shopping and Adding to Cart
- Select Your Store: Once you’ve chosen your store, browse through the products and select the ones you like.
- Add to Cart: Tap on the product, choose the desired quantity using the “+” and “-” buttons, and then click Confirm to add the product to your cart.
- Modify Cart: You can adjust the quantity or remove items from your cart as needed.
Checking Out
- Proceed to Checkout: When you’re ready to finalize your purchase, click the Checkout button. You can also add more products if needed.
- Review Cart: You’ll be redirected to the checkout page where you can review the products you’ve added and see which store they are from.
- Confirm and Proceed: Once you’ve confirmed your cart, click Proceed to Checkout.
- Fill in Details: Enter the necessary details, such as delivery or pickup information, and click Submit to place your order.
Post-Order
- Order Confirmation: Your order will be placed successfully, and you’ll be redirected to the homepage.

Change Password
- Update Password: To change your password, enter your current password, then enter your new password and confirm it. Click “Submit” to successfully change your password.
Addresses
- View and Add Addresses: View previously saved addresses and add new ones by clicking on “Add New Address.”
- Add New Address: Fill in the contact info (first name, last name, phone number) and address details (line 1, line 2, city, zipcode, state). Optionally, set it as your default shipping address.
- Manage Addresses: You can add multiple addresses, edit them, or delete them as needed.
Order History
- View Orders: Check the status of your orders, including verifying, preparing, ready, and complete.
- Order Details: View store information, pickup time, and items for each order.
Favorites
- Manage Favorites: View the list of your favorite items. Add items to your favorites by clicking the love icon, which turns red. Remove items by clicking the love icon again to remove them from favorites.
Account Deletion
- Delete Account: If you wish to delete your account, click on “Account Deletion.”
Set Notification Preferences
- Update Preferences: Update your store and category preferences to receive notifications about deals and discounts. Click the “Update Preferences” button to save changes.
Logout
- Sign Out: Click on the “Logout” button to sign out from your profile.
